Receive a fixed proposal
Scope, responsibilities, timings, price and payment schedule, all explicit. You decide with the full picture in front of you, not a vague estimate.
Build in the right order

Test the full journey
A dummy enquiry, booking, payment, confirmation and follow-up, run end to end. This is where the gaps show up — before a real customer finds them.
